The NAAC Peer Team Visit was held on 2nd and 3rd January 2025, marking the 3rd Cycle of the NAAC accreditation process for our college. It was a highly anticipated event, as the outcome would determine our institution’s grade and recognition for the coming years.
Day 1 – 02.01.2025
The peer team arrived in the morning and began interacting with students and faculty. They visited all the optional classrooms and laboratories, carefully observing the facilities, teaching methods, and learning environment.
During their interaction session, they asked several questions about our college. I was one of the students who got the opportunity to answer their questions. Even though I felt quite nervous at first, I managed to respond confidently, and it turned out to be a proud moment for me.
By evening, at around 5 PM, cultural programmes were organized. Student-teachers performed dances, songs, and other cultural acts, filling the atmosphere with excitement and joy. The peer team appreciated the performances and joined in the applause.
Day 2 – 03.01.2025
On the second day, the peer team visited our adopted village and observed activities at the teacher training school. Their keen observations reflected their interest in understanding our outreach work and commitment to community development.
Later, during the valedictory session, the NAAC Peer Team officially handed over their report to the Principal. This marked the formal conclusion of their visit.
For me, the last day was extra special because we participated in a group dance as part of the cultural celebrations. It was a fun and joyful way to end the event, and it left everyone in high spirits.
The NAAC Peer Team Visit was not just about evaluation—it was a moment of learning, pride, and togetherness. From nervous moments during question sessions to the thrill of performing on stage, it was truly an experience to remember.
