INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY Date : 21.06.2025 Chief Guest : Mr. S. Arun Kumar Assistant Professor in Physical Education Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Physical Education, Tiruchendur International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2025 with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”. The programme was conducted in an enthusiastic manner, and the student teachers actively participated with great interest. The Chief Guest, Mr. S. Arun Kumar, addressed the gathering and illustrated the significance of yoga in maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. He emphasized the role of yoga in leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Towards the end of the session, the Chief Guest demonstrated a few simple asanas, which were eagerly practiced by the studen t teachers. The celebration not only created awareness about the importance of yoga but also encouraged everyone to adopt it as part of their daily routine.

LIBRARY LIT FEST CELEBRATION Date : 24.06.2025 Usage : The Library Lit Fest Celebration was conducted on 24th June 2025 in a grand and meaningful manner. The festival aimed at encouraging students and teachers to develop a love for books and to understand the importance of the library in academic and personal growth. As part of the celebration, all the newly arrived books were beautifully displayed for the exposure of students and staff members. The librarian gave a detailed explanation about the library facilities, DELNET services, and the Press Reader , which created awareness about the rich resources available. This helped everyone understand how to make the best use of the library for research, learning, and general knowledge. Bless Meet Celebration Date : 23.06.2025 Bidding farewell to the seniors was one of the most heartwarming occasions of the academic year. The event was filled with joy, laughter, and beautiful memories. Various entertaining and enthusiastic games were conducted, and the seniors shared their best moments of college life. All the staff members blessed the outgoing students through their inspiring speeches, creating a touching atmosphere. As a proud Class B Representative, along with the Class A Representative, I had the privilege of organizing the entire program with the support of my friends.
